Testimonials |
"I want to thank you for the wonderful modifications you have done on my equipment. My studio is large, well equipped and acoustically excellent with 20 foot angled ceilings. I write and produce acoustic music working with first class musicians and their standards and mine are very high. I can truly appreciate the sonic improvements in the equipment you have done for me.
Your modded Pro VLA II is superb. Warm, fast, musical, transparent and quiet. The dynamic range and frequency response when pushed has been drastically increased making it ideal from vocals, acoustic guitar, drums, bass, and even mix bus and mastering duties.
I also have a DBX 166 and an Altec Lansing 6-channel mixer both modified by you. The DBX is ideal for drums and room compression as well as very clean on the 2 bus for a few db of reduction. The Altec is very nice for dynamic mics such as my ribbons and Shure SM7, providing plenty of clean, warm, gain. Thanks for the great service and products. I'm becoming addicted to your work!"

"Just got the modded DBX 119 and put it through it's paces. All I can say is WOW! I've owned the 117, 118, 119, and 128 in the past but always wanted to pick up and try one of the modded units. Compared to the un-modded ones, this unit is just unbelievable! The 3d clarity and the improved low end are phenomenal. This could be used on the mix bus it sounds so good."

Modification Service FAQ |
Q: Do you provide specific details about the modification services that you perform?
A: We do not give out any details on the modifications other than what we provide on our website which is general information. All modifications are uniform for our customers (meaning the same) to protect our customers investments. When transformers are installed, stickers denoting it are placed on the back panels. Vca upgrades are also denoted and as always we recommend that customers hang on to their receipts for proof of purchase. We have an excellent reputation with our modifications so you are paying both for the labor and parts for the service but also the know how to tweak audio circuits for maximum performance. This is proprietary intellectual property and is equatable to a manufacturer not handing out schematics for products. This is how we make our living and so we protect it and do not offer to anyone at anytime.

A: Usually 5-7 business days but we shoot for around 3-5 with almost everything.

A: We accept Paypal or Credit Cards, but Prefer Paypal due to shipping ease.
