On the DL-241 compressors, we offer a wonderful modification service that includes a full audio path upgrade, power supply modifications, dual sidechain modifications, input and output audio coupling and dual VCA path upgrade as well. 

Here is what the service includes:
1) Burr Brown input and output stage modifications (gives the unit a more full detailed three dimensional sound with increased frequency response).
 

2) PSU re-cap and modification: lowers noise, re-rejuvenates and helps increase the current supply. It also gives the unit a fuller sound.
 

3) Dual "A" Rated VCA installation for the lowest possible noise from the design.
 

4) Cleaning of all electro-mechanical switches and potentiometers.
 

5) Dual Sidechain Modifications for smoother compression and less compression on Low Frequency material.
